Whether you prefer a scenic outdoor setting, a cozy indoor backdrop, or a combination of both, April will work together with you to ensure your photoshoot location reflects your vision and creates stunning imagery.
What time of day does the session happen?
The session typically takes place during golden hour, which ensures we have that beautiful glowy light you see in all of April's images. This magical time of day, occurring shortly after sunrise or before sunset, provides soft, flattering lighting that enhances the beauty of your photos.
How should we dress for our Family session?
For your family session, I offer personalized styling assistance, custom mood board creation, and access to my curated client closet. With these services, we'll create a cohesive and timeless look that beautifully captures this special session for your family.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Absolutely, it's completely okay! Many people feel nervous or self-conscious in front of the camera, especially if they're not used to being photographed professionally. As your photographer, it's my job to make you feel comfortable and at ease during the session. I'll provide gentle guidance and direction to help you relax and feel natural in front of the camera. Remember, this is a special moment in your life, and the focus is on capturing genuine emotions and connections. Just be yourselves, enjoy the experience, and I'll take care of the rest!
